The Materials
Each piece begins with thoughtfully sourced textiles — vintage, interior, and upholstery fabrics chosen for their texture, history, and durability. These materials are selected not only for how they look, but for how they live, wear, and age over time.

Upholstered in a distressed Southwestern medallion linen with rich reds and washed blues, Adobe Drift carries the character of desert ruins and fading skies. Handmade in America, it’s finished with a silk liner and handmade leather tag.

In The Beginning
ZANDRIA’s roots began in 2021 during industry shutdowns, when I first started making cowboy hats under a different name. Painted by hand and finished with fringe detailing, the earliest pieces explored form, movement, and individuality. That same year, Miami Swim Week marked the first public debut.
A New Medium
In 2023, I created my first fabric-upholstered cowboy hat. Shifting away from paint and trim, the work began to center around textiles — introducing a new way of working with surface, texture, and structure.
Finding the Language
By 2024, a clear point of view emerged. The balance between material, form, and restraint became the foundation of the brand’s identity, defining the style and direction that continues to guide the work today.
On the Road
In 2025, I traveled across the United States by car, meeting boutique owners and partners in person. The journey marked an important expansion — bringing ZANDRIA directly into new cities, communities, and retail spaces.
THE ORIGIN
The designer
ZANDRIA was born from a lifelong love of art, craftsmanship, and the stories woven into old fabrics. With a background in fine art and costume design, I found myself reimagining my medium during industry shutdowns — trading paint and canvas for the sculptural form of the cowboy hat.
The Inspiration
My approach to design is deeply rooted in my mother’s lifelong career in interior design. Her instinct for texture, color, and composition shaped my eye early on, influencing the way I see materials not just as fabric, but as something meant to be lived with, layered, and loved.
The Designs
ZANDRIA pieces are created by upholstering rare and vintage interior textiles onto hard canvas hats, giving new life to materials rich with history. Each piece is made by hand in the USA, blending my family’s legacy of design with the enduring spirit of the American West.
