As a small business we appreciate a willingness to exchange or accept store credit. These options are always available to you for unworn merchandise , if shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted as an alternative if shipped within 14 days of receipt.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY COWBOY HAT?
A light amount of soap and water, hat cleaning solution, or even window cleaner usually does the trick! If you’re dealing with a real mess, you’ll need a cleaning process that’s a bit more in-depth. Using a cleaning mixture like the ones suggested above, gently rub with a clean white washcloth in a circular motion on the soiled areas until they go away.
While you'll need to rinse certain areas of your hat after scrubbing it, try not to submerge your hat in water because this can damage it. Finally, set your hat aside to air dry either on a hat rack or in an open hat box that will help it retain its shape.
If any trim becomes loose, we use E7000 glue to adhere trims to our hats. E6000 works just as well, but usually doesn’t come with an easy applicator tip. If that’s an easier option, we recommend using a sturdy tip like a bobby pin or safety pin to accurately
