Orders & Production
ZANDRIA hats are either made to order or offered as true one-of-one pieces. Each product listing clearly notes which applies.
Production begins as soon as your order is received. Please allow up to two weeks for production, as each piece is made individually by hand. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order ships. If you need your piece sooner, feel free to reach out — I can often accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
If you need to make an adjustment, please reach out as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes may be limited.
Shipping
Turnaround time varies by piece and current studio volume. If you have a time-sensitive need, feel free to reach out prior to ordering to discuss availability.
Yes — complimentary U.S. shipping is included on all orders.
Yes — international shipping is currently available throughout North America and the UK. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please reach out and we’ll be happy to add it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order and one-of-one nature of each ZANDRIA hat, all sales are final.
If there is ever an issue with craftsmanship or damage during transit, please contact us immediately. We’re always happy to help resolve genuine concerns.
Sizing & Fit

ZANDRIA hats feature a flexible interior elastic band, allowing for comfort and slight adjustability. Sizes overlap slightly by design. If you’re unsure, choose the size closest to your measurement or reach out for guidance.
Care & Longevity
Each ZANDRIA hat is fabric-upholstered using rare vintage or interior-design textiles and should be treated with care.
- Gently spot clean using a clean, dry cloth or soft brush for routine upkeep.
- Avoid steaming or submerging in water, as moisture can loosen fabric adhesion.
- Store your hat on a flat surface or hat stand when not in use.
Designed to be worn and enjoyed — and handled like wearable art.
For occasional marks or deeper cleaning:
- Makeup stains can be gently lifted using a lightly dampened Magic Eraser sponge.
- Nylac cleaner is highly effective for targeted spot cleaning when needed.
- Always test cleaning methods in a discreet area and use light pressure.
Allow the hat to fully air dry before wearing or storing.
Each ZANDRIA hat is treated with Scotchgard® for added protection, making it weather-resistant for everyday wear.
If your hat experiences heavier exposure — such as a desert sandstorm or winter snowfall — allow it to dry completely, gently spot clean if necessary, and apply an additional light layer of Scotchgard® to refresh protection.
With proper care, your hat will age beautifully over time.
Custom Orders
Yes — custom ZANDRIA hats are accepted on a limited basis. Custom projects involve collaborative design, fabric selection, and made-to-order construction.

Yes. Due to the rarity of the textiles used and the handmade process, each ZANDRIA hat is inherently one of one.
Each hat is designed and finished by hand under the ZANDRIA label, crafted in extremely small batches with close attention to detail.
